Always thankful to our users and dedicated to helping you manage your online presence, we've updated Seesmic Desktop with some functional changes and key features. Here are some of highlights:

Twitter Lists: Create, View, Manage, Edit

As one of the first desktop apps to integrate Twitter lists when we released in beta to our TeamSeesmic members, you can now view, manage and edit Twitter Lists. View Twitter lists in separate columns, rename your lists, add a description, and add users individually.

以前Preview版で紹介しましたが、ようやくAir版のリスト RT対応正式版がでました。

正式版ではPreview版からQuote TweetとRetweetを区別して送信できるようになっているのとサイドバーの複数アカウントの表示方法が変わってますね。

Seesmicの良い点は日本語検索ができるってところです。　ウィンドウのタイトルバーには日本語文字は表示されないけど、検索はちゃんとできてるので便利です。

TweetDeckが公式List、公式Retweet、Geo Tagに対応　That's Great!!

TechCrounchのアナウンスどおりTweetDeckの新しいバージョン0.32.0が出た。

他の機能は上の記事を見てもらうとして、元来のTweetDeckユーザーが一番欲しかった機能がTweetDeckのグループコラムをtwitterのリストに出力させる機能だ。
これによりTweetDeckで以前より作成してあったグループメンバーをTwitterのリストと対応させることが可能になった。　Twtiterのリスト機能がでる前よりTweetDeckでグループを作成していたヘビーユーザーにとってはとても嬉しいことじゃないだろうか？

Airアプリ版と大きく違うところは購読してる他人のリストが表示されないところと、コラムの幅の変更ができないところかな。

Seesmic Launches Native Twitter Client For Windows

Today brings good news for PC users everywhere. Seesmic is launching a native desktop client for Windows. Seesmic’s founder and CEO Loic Le Meur made the announcement today at Microsoft’s Professional Developer Conference in Los Angeles. Le Meur says that providing a desktop client that was native for Windows was of huge importance because 80 percent of Seesmic users run their apps on a PC.

SeesmicDesktop 0.6.3 β2 Twitter List対応版を使ってみた

MashableのアナウンスどおりSeesmicDesktopのtwitter list対応版のpreviewバージョンがリリースされたので使ってみた。

なかなか良い。　SeesmicDesktopからtwitterのリストへの追加と、自分のフォローしている他のユーザーが作ったリストも見れるかという点が気がかりだったのだが、前者は複数のアカウントにあるリストへ登録も可能であり、また後者も見ることが可能であり満足するできばえだった。

TweetdeckにしろSeesmicDesktopにしろ、自分のタイムラインを整理して見ることを可能にし、Twitterの利便性を高めてきた。
では何でTwitterがリスト機能をつけたかということになるのだが、自分のタイムラインを見るだけなら、こうしたクライアントで切り分けてみるだけで済む。　重要な点は他人視点でどう見えるか？ということだ。

始まったばかりの頃のTwitterは他人のタイムラインも見ることが可能だった（他人のタイムラインであって、他人の発言一覧ではない）　自分が他人と話していても、他人のタイムラインからは、自分からは見えない他の人の発言も混じっていて、そこからさらに先に話が繋がっていたりして、タイムラインを追って行くのは面白いことであった。
他人のタイムラインが見れるという機能は、現在は提供されてないのだけど、今度のリスト機能というものは、それに近いところがある。　それどころかリストという人為的な意図的な選択によりノイズが少ない上質なTweetを選んで見ることも可能だ。

これからiPhoneアプリも含めて多くのクライアントがリスト対応版を出してくるだろうが、SeesmicDesktopでこうして自分もしくは他人のリストに流れるタイムラインを平行して見ていると非常に面白い。　他人の作ったリストに流れるタイムラインからは自分が見ているものとはまた違った多くの発見があるからだ。自分だけのリストに限らずより多くのリストを見てみるときっと役に立つだろう。

Afficheurが正式リリースされた

kichiさんが作っているmac osxのマイクロブログツール Afficheurが正式公開になりました。　twitter, Jaiku, identic.ca, nowa, Wasrr, Jisko, Tumblrに対応しています。

Macを使うときは僕も使わせていただいてるんですが、複数のマイクロブログに流れるタイムラインを一元化して見る事ができてとても便利です。

個人的にはtwitter,Jaiku,identi.ca,wassrを普段使っているのですが、日本向けのサービスとしてwassrに対応してる点も見逃せませんね。

というわけでkichiさん正式リリースおめでとうございます。
